About My Approach
My approach and take on health is an integrated one. You cannot have a healthy mind in an unfit body, or a healthy body with an unhappy mind. I have overcome challenges in my life and in doing so, I have learned the key to build resilience, grit, determination and keep negativity away. I define health as a positive integration of our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual state of being.
